1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PhotonicFlow's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

PhotonicFlow provides lead generation and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search network advertising and lead generation
• Social media marketing and lead acquisition
• Premium network advertising campaigns
• Lead verification and qualification services
• Analytics and performance reporting

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis with the following pricing structure:

• Search Network: $40 per qualified lead
• Social Media: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Network: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Has expressed genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified target demographic criteria
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has been verified through our multi-point validation process

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their target audience and requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of leads
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

6. Service Level Agreement

PhotonicFlow commits to:

• Delivering leads within 24-48 hours of campaign launch
• Providing accurate lead verification and qualification
• Maintaining 99% uptime for our lead delivery systems
• Responding to client inquiries within 24 hours

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotonicFlow's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of leads generated through our services. All data handling complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, technology, and methodologies remain the property of PhotonicFlow. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Andrews County, Texas.
